Nexity International, a subsidiary of City of Lights real estate developer Nexity, targets real estate and commercial development activities in Belgium, Portugal, and Spain. Developing properties in Spain for more than 15 years, Nexity International mainly targets the office and business markets, developing properties for French and international businesses such as its Las Mercedes Business Park and Pegaso Park projects. Projects in Belgium include three office and hotel properties located in Brussels; in Portugal, the company developed the Amoreiras Plaza office building in Lisbon. The company plans to open an additional subsidiary in Italy in the future as well.
