New Jersey Devils Company Description
These Devils make trouble for their opponents on the ice. The New Jersey Devils professional hockey team entered the National Hockey League in 1974 as the Kansas City Scouts and relocated to Colorado until it settled in the Garden State in 1982. A regular contender for the playoffs, it boasts three Stanley Cup championships, its last in 2003. The team was owned by uber-sports group YankeeNets (which also owned the New York Yankees and the New Jersey Nets), but former minority owner Jeffrey Vanderbeek and an investment group took it over in 2005.
