Overview
One of the retail banking arms of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), National Westminster Bank (NatWest) provides banking and financial services to individual and small business clients in the UK. The bank offers deposits, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans through a network of more than 1,600 bank branches, as well as via telephone and the Internet and at cash machines, and mobile banking units. Subsidiary Ulster Bank has some 280 branches in Northern Ireland and Ireland. Other offerings include life insurance, pensions, private banking services, carbon offsets and other more prosaic business services, as well as investment and retirement management.
