Overview
One of the retail banking arms of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), National Westminster Bank (NatWest) provides banking and financial services to individual and small business clients in the UK. The bank offers deposits, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans through a network of 1,500 bank branches. It also offers phone and Internet banking as well as a network of cash machines and mobile banking units. Subsidiary Ulster Bank has some 240 branches across the island of Ireland. Other offerings include life insurance, pensions, private banking services, carbon offsets and other more prosaic business services, as well as investment and retirement management.
