Naked Restaurants operates about a half dozen Naked Fish restaurants throughout Massachusetts that specialize in fresh seafood dishes served "naked" (without sauces or seasonings) or "not-so-naked." The mini chain also serves steaks, salads, and sides, along with its popular Cuban cocktails. The company also operates one Italian restaurant under the name Red Sauce. Naked Restaurants was formed in 1998 by president Joey Crugnale, who was also the entrepreneur behind Bertucci's.
