Tropicana and Minute Maid may dominate the juice market, but the Naked Juice Company makes a scene with its all-natural juices, producing some 6 million bottles of product a month. Naked Juice focuses on preservative-free (thus "naked"), no-sugar-added juices, smoothies, and other beverages, which are spiked with combinations of proteins, probiotics, vitamins, and herbs. The company's products are available throughout the US at major food and merchandise retailers, as well as club and health food stores. Its customers include Costco, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Target, and Whole Foods Market. PepsiCo acquired the company from North Castle Partners in 2007.
