(FCT), changed its corporate focus in 2006. Madison Pacific Properties invested C$1.55 million in FCT, which reorganized its businesses and changed its name to MP Western Properties as a result. The fuel cell business changed its name to Fuel Cell Technologies Ltd. and continued to develop its energy technology until 2007, when its assets were sold to Acumentrics Corporation.
