Moksel Company Description
German butcher A. Moksel AG has survived the wurst of times. One of Germany's largest meat processors slaughters and packages meat in its own plants and through its Moksel Group subsidiaries, then distributes the goods throughout Europe. Not content to limit itself to just one or two types of meat, Moksel processes beef, pork, veal, lamb, poultry, and game. The company stared down a decade of weak meat industry sales in Germany and responded by restructuring slaughtering activities and increasing its focus on value-added food products.
