Overview

ModusLink Global Solutions (at one time CMGI) provides supply chain management services via three core subsidiaries; their operations are divided into five (formerly six) business segments. Subsidiary ModusLink offers inventory management and distribution services for customers across a range of high-tech industries, including computer hardware and software, consumer electronics, and telecommunications equipment. ModusLink also develops applications for managing software licensing, and its sister subsidiary, ModusLink PTS, provides product repair services and processes returned goods. ModusLink Global Solutions runs more than 25 facilities in 14 countries across the Americas, Asia/Pacific region, and Europe.
