MillerCoors, a joint venture between UK-based SABMiller and Molson Coors, is a leading brewer in the US with more than a half dozen breweries. Its flagship brews are sold under the Coors and Miller brands, but it also makes craft brews such as Leinenkugel's and Blue Moon. In addition to domestic beers, MillerCoors distributes such imports as Molson, Peroni, and Pilsner Urquell. The company also distributes beer to Puerto Rico. Launched in 2008, the joint venture is 58%-owned by SABMiller.
