The property management company manages nearly 90 apartment complexes totalling more than 26,000 units primarily in the southern US. The company provides leasing, marketing, accounting, acquisition and disposition of properties, and other services to its parent, Milestone Group. Milestone also manages properties in Utah and Arizona and in the northeast in Michigan and Ohio. Formerly WMC Management and doing business as Walden, the company was acquired by Olympus Real Estate Partners in 2000. In 2005 it was acquired by the Milestone Group and renamed Milestone Management.
