Through MGM Television it produces TV shows such as Stargate Universe (airing on NBC Universal's Syfy channel) and the animated Spaceballs (G4). The company also owns one of the largest film libraries in the world, with about 4,000 titles, including the Bond and Pink Panther series. It distributes films on DVD through MGM Home Entertainment. MGM is owned by a consortium led by Sony Corporation of America.
