Metro Pacific Investment Corporation (MPIC) is an investment and management firm with stakes in water utility, real estate, and health care companies in the Philippines. It owns majority stakes in property development firm Landco Pacific Corporation and water services provider Maynilad. Landco has about 20 projects under development, including resorts, residential communities, and retail centers; Maynilad manages the water services of Manila's western zone. MPIC also holds stakes in Makati Medical Center and Davao Doctors Hospital, both located in the Philippines. Chairman Manuel Pangilinan is the founder and CEO of First Pacific Company Limited, which owns a stake in MPIC.
