The company markets its homes under the Coventry Homes, Pioneer Homes, Carmel Homes, and Plantation Homes brands, with prices ranging from the low $100,000s to more than $1 million. It operates from four offices in its service areas. Chairman and CEO Frank McGuyer and president and COO Mike Love, founders of MHI and MHI Partnership, Ltd., have worked closely since the start-up of the businesses in 1988.
