Mack-Cali Realty is a self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns or partially owns, develops, leases, and manages office and industrial buildings, primarily in the Northeast. Its portfolio consists primarily of Class A office and office/flex buildings but also industrial properties, warehouses, retail properties, hotels, and developable land. Mack-Cali Realty's holdings include nearly 300 properties totaling about some 34 million sq. ft., heavily concentrated in the suburban markets of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The REIT's largest tenants include Citigroup Global Markets, Daiichi Sankyo, and Toys "R" Us.
