Overview

Linamar is precise in its goal: to be the top Canadian supplier of precision metal parts for the automotive, energy, and mobile industrial markets. Through its Driveline and Manufacturing divisions, the company designs and manufactures machined components -- camshafts, crankshafts, cyclinder blocks, clutch modules, and gears -- for passenger vehicle engines, transmissions, and drivelines. Its Industrial, Commercial & Energy (ICE) division makes similar products for the off-highway vehicle, energy, and industrial markets. Its Skyjack division is noted for making mobile industrial equipment, such as aerial work platforms and telehandlers. Linamar has about 40 manufacturing locations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
