The employee-owned company, which operates in the western US, has two segments in construction management and general contracting: Kitchell Contractors works with private customers in the health care, custom home, master-planned community, and Native American markets; Kitchell CEM works with public-sector clients, building schools, jails, municipal buildings, and performing arts centers.
