Overview
Keppel Land landed a position as the real estate arm of the Keppel Group, one of Singapore's largest multinational conglomerates. The company develops residential, commercial, and retail properties all over Asia. Generally the company develops multifamily properties and then sells the individual units; its land bank hovers around 100 million sq. ft. With its commercial properties, Keppel develops and manages the spaces. Keppel Land also owns about a dozen hotels, serviced apartment, and resorts, half of which are managed by sister firm Sedona Hotels International. Current projects under development include the mixed-use Marina Bay Financial Centre, which will offer 2.9 million sq. ft. of leasable space.
