Through its Kenco Logistic Services unit, Kenco Group specializes in providing warehousing and distribution services. Other Kenco businesses offer truckload freight transportation and transportation management services and distribute freight-handling equipment. Together with their families, chairman Jim Kennedy III and vice chairman Sam Smartt Jr. own Kenco, which was founded by their fathers in 1950.
