KASIKORNBANK Company Description

One of the leading commercial banks in Thailand, KBank operates some 550 domestic branches and offers banking and financial services through about 35 foreign exchange offices and 20 international trade centers throughout the country. It also has offices in the Cayman Islands, China, Hong Kong, and the US. Its menu of services include commercial banking, asset management, consumer lending, trade finance, and securities handling, as well as hire purchase and leasing businesses. The bank was established in 1945 and listed on the Thai stock exchange (which in turn owns 10% of KBank shares) in 1976.
