It is the #2 global industrial and institutional cleaning products firm (behind Ecolab), selling its products in more than 170 countries, with Europe representing more than half of its sales. It operates across 33 manufacturing facilities located in almost 25 countries. The Johnson family controls two-thirds of the company; Unilever controls the rest.
