A major US commercial real estate investment firm, JMB Realty is heavily involved in ambitious retail developments in Chicago's Loop and downtown Pittsburgh. It owns, develops, and manages projects throughout North America, including regional malls, hotels (the Chicago Ritz-Carlton), planned communities, and office complexes. JMB Realty was founded in 1968 by Robert Judelson, Judd Malkin, and Neil Bluhm; Judelson (the "J" of JMB) is no longer involved with the company, but Malkin remains as chairman and Bluhm is president. Bluhm also owns casino company Midwest Gaming and Entertainment.
