One of the largest call center services companies, the firm operates some 20 centers throughout the US, the UK, Canada, the Philippines, and India. Formerly named IntelliRisk Management or IRMC, the company's services include collections, accounts receivable management, and customer retention. Its clients represent a wide swath of sectors ranging from commercial groups and financial services to utilities and government agencies. iQor was acquired by a group controlled by Guggenheim Investment Management in 2007.
