Professional networking site LinkedIn Corporation proved it didn't need a ladder to reach the top…of the IPO market, that is. In Q2 2011 the firm doubled its offer price to close the quarter at $90 a share on the NYSE. In contrast, FriendFinder Networks Inc. was all alone at the bottom after debuting on the NASDAQ in Q2. The company, which boasts about 300 million members of its social networking websites, saw its stock price fall 59% after opening at $10 a share.
