Nov. 14--PONTIAC -- Some school districts could get more tax money thanks to tax breaks for a wind farm developer. Livingston County Board Chairman Bill Fairfield said Iberdrola Renewables, which is building a 150-turbine project, will be allowed to abate taxes normally paid to school districts. The board on Thursday approved the change through an amendment to the enterprise zone ordinance.
