The firm oversees more than 18 million sq. ft. of property and has developed a number of commercial projects, including Chicago's Covington Corporate Centers and Turnberry Lakes International Business Center. The company also offers commercial real estate brokerage and financing services, including leasing and purchasing, asset management, and facility assessments. Chairman Jack Shaffer founded HSA Commercial Real Estate in 1981.
