HomeServe serves many homes by supplying home emergency and repair services. The company, through about 20 subsidiaries, provides repair service policies to residential customers (its members) through partners such as utilities, appliance manufacturers, and retail and home insurers. In addition to repairs, it offers warranty service, maintenance, and emergency services for things like break ins, frozen pipes, and gas leaks. HomeServe, which has about 20 locations in the UK, France, and Spain along with one in the US, traces its roots to 1852 when it was South Staffordshire Waterworks Company.
