GuocoLeisure Company Description
Investment firm GuocoLeisure (formerly BIL International) owns a number of hotels and resorts worldwide, including Guoman Hotels in the UK, the Denarau Island Resort in Fiji, and Molokai Ranch, which also owns some 40% of the land on the Hawaiian island of Molokai. Additionally, BIL owns UK-based gaming company Clermont Leisure and holds a minority stake in the Australia-based Bass Strait Oil Trust. Then known as Brierley Investments Limited, GuocoLeisure was established in New Zealand in 1961. Hong Leong Group owns the company through Guoco Group.
