A leading timeshare exchange broker, RCI enables its 3.6 million members to trade their timeshare intervals for vacations at more than 4,000 resorts in 100 countries. The company generates revenue through membership and exchange fees. In addition, RCI markets an inventory of about 63,000 independently owned vacation rental properties, ranging from condominiums to campgrounds, primarily in Europe. A subsidiary of hospitality giant Wyndham Worldwide, RCI was founded in 1974.
