Gordon Food Service (GFS) is a leading foodservice supplier in North America with more than 20 distribution centers in the US and Canada. It distributes food items, ingredients, and beverages to restaurant operators, schools, healthcare facilities, and institutional foodservice operators in parts of 15 states and all across Canada. In addition to its distribution operation, GFS operates more than 130 GFS Marketplace wholesale stores that are open to the general public. Isaac Van Westenbrugge started the family-owned business in 1897.
