Overview

GGNSC Holdings puts the "Golden" in "Golden Years." The holding company does business as Golden Living and operates more than 300 skilled nursing homes and some 40 assisted living facilities nationwide. Golden Living's subsidiaries operate under a range of names including Aegis Therapies for rehabilitation therapy, AseraCare hospice and home health care, 360 Healthcare Staffing, and Ceres, a buying cooperative for health care products such as disposable gloves, sanitary products, and wheelchairs. Previously named Beverly Enterprises, GGNSC is owned by private equity firm Fillmore Capital Partners.
