Genting Berhad works hard to make sure its customers play hard. The Malaysian investment and holding company hangs its hat on its leisure and hospitality business, which reaps more than $5 billion in annual revenues. Through its subsidiaries the company operates hotel casinos, resorts, and theme parks in and outside Malaysia. Its cruise ship line -- Star Cruises Limited -- is the third-largest cruise line in the world. In addition to its leisure activities, Genting also engages in palm oil production, power generation, oil and gas exploration, paper and packaging manufacturing, and commercial and residential property investment. The company was established in 1965.
