11/23/09 -- New Holland Construction has successfully won the majority of the biggest tender ever promoted by the Italian Army for construction equipment applications. For a total of 21 million euros, the 142 units will be delivered over the next 12-24 months from at least three different CNH European plants: Turin and Lecce in Italy and the Berlin plant in Germany.

11/18/09 -- CNH Global N.V. today announced the appointment of Andreas Klauser as President and Chief Executive Officer of Case IH Agricultural Equipment, replacing Randal W. Baker, effective November 30, 2009. Mr. Klauser currently heads Case IH Agricultural Equipment business in Europe and has been with the Company for 19 years.

Titan Machinery Inc. announced today that it has closed on the previously announced acquisition of Oskaloosa Implement Co., with two Case IH brand agriculture equipment dealerships located in Pella and Oskaloosa, Iowa. Pella and Oskaloosa are adjacent cities located approximately 55 miles southeast of Des Moines.
