      Nov. 21--EL PASO -- Union Pacific now owns land in southern Dona Ana County that it needed to shift most of its operations away from Downtown El Paso, its CEO said Friday. The executive, Jim Young, said Union Pacific traded an $11 million ranch it owned between Roswell and Albuquerque for 2,225 acres at Strauss, N.M. The railway land is just miles away from the Santa Teresa port of entry.
