Florida Executive Branch Company Description
Consisting of the Governor and his Cabinet (the Attorney General, the Chief Financial Officer, and a Commissioner of Agriculture), as well as their subordinate agencies Floridas Executive Branch of government is responsible for administering and enforcing the States Laws. The Attorney General, Chief Financial Officer and the Commissioner of Agriculture are elected independently of the Governor and exercise equal powers under the state constitution.
