Canadian mineral exploration company Exeter Resource Corporation on Thursday closed its CAD50m equity financing under which it sold 8,550,000 common shares of the company at a price of CAD5.85 per share for gross proceeds of CAD50,017,500.

Mineral exploration company Exeter Resource Corp reported on Thursday the completion of a CAD50m equity financing. Â. The Canadian company sold 8,550,000 of its common shares to a syndicate of underwriters at CAD5.85 per share for gross proceeds of CAD50.018m. Â. The underwriters received a cash fee equal to 5% of the gross proceeds of the offering as well as 256,500 compensation options.
