Overview
Fidessa helps move the green -- or blue, or whatever color the currency happens to be. The company's suite of software is used to manage and automate operations for global financial institutions. The applications capture, route, monitor, and confirm equity trades from stock exchanges, and feature modules tailored to financial markets in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Fidessa's platform is available as a hosted service and a stand-alone installation. The company also provides market data feeds, system design and implementation, training, and support services. Clients are mainly midsized to large asset managers and investment banks. Half of Fidessa's sales come from the UK, while nearly a third comes from the US.
