$3,500 grants available to stave off foreclosure [Lexington Herald-Leader (KY)](30 Sep 2008 04:00:00 EDT)Sep. 30--A $400,000 grant announced Monday might give people in danger of foreclosure the opportunity to stay in their homes. The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati said residents who meet certain income requirements can receive up to $3,500. The program, Preserving the American Dream, will be available to homeowners in 52 Kentucky counties, including Fayette and Jefferson.
