Faceo Company Description
Faceo Group is a European facility and property management group. In France the group operates three subsidiaries -- Faceo Contracting, which serves the industrial sector; Faceo Systems, which serves the aviation, defense, and space sectors as well as domestic public contracts; and Faceo Property Management, which serves the non-resident owner and real estate management market. Faceo Group also has subsidiaries and operations in Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK. The group was founded in 2000 when Thales combined Thomson Gestion Immobilière (its real estate assets management division) with the facility management activities of Alstom Contracting, now Cegelec.
