Fabege's 250-plus properties, located primarily in the Stockholm region, are one of the most strategic holdings of land and development rights on the market. Currently representing the "new Fabege," the company had operated under the name Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB until 2005. Wihlborgs, which had acquired the "old Fabege" in 2004, was split into two companies in 2005. Fabege operates in the Stockholm region, and Wihlborgs operates in the Oresund region.
