Express, LLC Company Description
Right from the runway is the Express way. Express operates more than 620 men's, women's, and dual-gender stores in the US that sell trendy private-label apparel and accessories. (Its fashions are styled to have an international influence and modern appeal.) Express also sells denim and lingerie. Its brand was extended to menswear, again, when former parent company Limited Brands converted its Structure stores and reunited both labels to re-create Express Men's in 2002. More recently, amid declining sales, Express has been closing stores and converting its men's and women's stores to dual-gender outlets. Limited Brands, which launched Express in 1980, sold the chain to Golden Gate Capital in mid-2007.
