Let's go to a game at the Drum! The Frank C. Erwin Center, or Erwin Center, is a sports and entertainment arena on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. Owned by the university, the "Super Drum" primarily serves as the home court for the school's men's and women's basketball teams. It also hosts concerts and other entertainment shows, including Sesame Street Live, the Harlem Globetrotters, and Renegades Extreme Fighting. The arena's Web site offers podcasts (downloadable audio files) of concerts and interviews with artists. The Erwin Center first opened its doors in 1977.
