Specializing in Mexican-style chicken dishes, the chain's menu includes chicken burritos and tacos, as well as complete chicken dinners and sides. Most El Pollo Loco outlets are found in the Los Angeles area and other markets in California. A small number can be found in more than a dozen other states including Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
