Edward Don & Company sells just about anything to institutional kitchen managers, including the kitchen sink. The company provides foodservice equipment and supplies to restaurants, government institutions, hospitals, hotels, and schools. It stocks bar and fountain supplies, catering and cooking equipment, flatware, tableware, tables and chairs, paper goods, cleaning products, sanitation supplies, and about 12,000 other products. It operates six distribution centers and a fleet of more than 100 trucks. Edward Don also designs and builds full-service kitchens for the foodservice industry. The company, owned by the Don family, has some 12,000 customers throughout the world. It was founded in Chicago in 1921.
