Dot Foods, the largest foodservice redistributor in the US, started out in business as one station wagon that hauled dairy goods around and went by the name of Associated Dairy Products. Dot has 9 distribution facilities located across the country. Its edotfoods unit offers ordering and fulfillment services online. The company also sells food ingredients to dairies, bakeries, confectioners, meat processors, and other food manufacturers.
