Its Dominion Generation unit manages the company's regulated and nonregulated power plants (27,000 MW of owned or controlled capacity); subsidiary Dominion Energy trades and markets energy, oversees 14,000 miles of natural gas pipelines, and operates underground gas storage facilities (975 billion cu. ft. of capacity). Though it's divested most of its exploration and production operations, Dominion does own 1.2 trillion cu. ft. of natural gas reserves.
