Dominion Homes Company Description
Dominion Homes is the master of its domain -- some 60 communities in central Ohio, and in and around Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky. The company builds single-family entry-level, move-up, and executive homes that range from about 1,000 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft. and from about $100,000 to more than $300,000. A joint venture with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage offers mortgage services, and affiliate Alliance Title Agency sells title insurance. In 2008 Dominion Homes was taken private by a group of investors, including founder and CEO Donald Borror and his BRC Properties, plus Angelo, Gordon & Co., and Silver Point Capital.
