D&S also operates about 10 shopping centers and some 85 PRESTO financial services branches. PRESTO's services include insurance, utility payments, cash advances, and credit cards. The company, which began in 1957 as a supermarket chain owned and run by the Ibáńez family, was acquired by Wal-Mart Stores in 2009.
