Deutsche Annington Immobilien is one of Gemany's largest real estate companies. It buys, manages, and sells residential properties throughout the country. Many of the more than 200,000 houses and apartments owned by Deutsche Annington are concentrated in the Ruhr region in western Germany; the rest are located in and around the cities of Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, and Munich. The company also operates through subsidiary Viterra which deals in residential and commercial properties. Deutsche Annington is a subsidiary of London-based capital investor Terra Firma Capital Partners.
