The company provides a variety of computer-aided design, manufacturing, engineering, and product lifecycle management (PLM) software that firms use to create, model, and test designs. Its products include software for mechanical design and drafting (CATIA), digital manufacturing and simulation (DELMIA), product lifecycle management (ENOVIA), virtual testing (SIMULIA), and 3-D solid modeling (SolidWorks). Customers include Renault and Lockheed Martin. Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault owns more than 42% of the company.
