    Nov. 10--OSAKA -- Daiwa House Industry Co. said Tuesday it will offer single family homes for wealthy people in China, starting in 2010. Daiwa said it will spend some 30 billion yen on a joint project with a Chinese company to build several hundred homes with a floor space of 250 to 300 square meters in Zhejiang Province and sell them at prices ranging from 100 million to 400 million yen.

    TOKYO, Nov. 11_ _ ---------- Japan's gov't debt rises to new record of 864.53 tril. yen. TOKYO - Japan's central government debt at the end of September increased by 4,266.9 billion yen from three months earlier to a new record of 864,522.6 billion yen, the Finance Ministry said Tuesday. Based on Japan's population as of Oct. 1, per capita debt came to about 6.78 million yen.
